We are a small team with big ideas and we are always looking for you to help us make our mark on the world. At Task Analytics we believe that freedom and hard work go hand in hand, and we are looking for employees that want to combine both. Being based in Norway we have office space in Oslo and Bergen available, but we consider ourselves a remote team, and the only place we meet on a daily basis is on Slack.
Work at Task Analytics can be fast moving at times, but we emphasize having a healthy work/life balance. Actually, being based in Norway automatically means we have great benefits by default. All of us have lives outside of work, and we will do our utmost to ensure we contribute to your overall life, not just during the working hours.
We will respect you, push you, believe in you, trust you and help you. We will be there for you, we will be kind and passionate but also maintain high expectations. We will listen to you and we will accept you. We will work tirelessly to make your work environment good for you. At Task Analytics, we will not restrict or control you.
We welcome all applicants regardless of race, color, ethnicity, actual or perceived sexual identity, gender identity, gender expression, economic status, ability, disability, religious beliefs or disbeliefs, national origin, age, parental status, or caregiver status.
We expect you to work hard, move fast and make progress. We expect you to learn, to grow and to share. We expect you to be honest, to be open minded and to make your mark. At Task Analytics, you are expected to take responsibility for your own work.
Task Analytics help businesses manage, measure and prioritize their customer experience. We believe that customers set the agenda and that businesses have to get better at listening.
Task Analytics started as an initiative inside Netlife Research in 2015 and was incorporated in January 2016 and is owned by Netlife Research and Task Analytics employees. A diverse, inclusive and flexible workplace is part of Task Analytics backbone. Our employees are encouraged to take on responsibility, to be hands-on and to define their own path.
